Dear Neringa Community,

We are excited about the upcoming camp season! As the team prepares for registration, I wanted to highlight some changes in the registration process.

Health Form

The Health Form is more compact and concise and a bit easier to maneuver. We hope it helps. We have added two new categories, Medical Health and Mental Health. We understand that children have more stressors and challenges to deal with than ever before. With this in mind, we ask that you share as much detail as possible about your child’s overall health to ensure that your child has a special experience at camp. The more we know about them, the better we can support them throughout all aspects of their camp experience.

Confidentiality

We want to assure you that the information you provide about your child is confidential. Any private information will only be shared with necessary personnel at camp. We require Neringa employees to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that your private information is safe. We will be providing more information about our summer staff’s training requirements in the coming months.

Tiered Pricing

We are committed to making camp accessible to as many families as possible while keeping costs low. To support this mission, we offer a tiered pricing system consisting of three levels: Base Rate, True Cost of Camp and Sustaining. You may choose the option that is most suitable for your family. The intent is to provide flexibility to our community, while finding new ways to support Neringa’s operations long term. Details about the three levels are on the following page.
