Exciting Opportunity: Neringa is Searching for an Executive Director!

We are pleased to announce that Neringa is seeking a Full time Executive Director to lead our organization and staff together with our vibrant Lithuanian community as we continue to drive our mission forward.

Position: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:

Set and implement a strategic vision for the organization in line with Neringa’s mission, including preserving Lithuanian heritage, traditions, ethnic identity and faith values

Be the face of Neringa and manage the year-round staff

Lead planning and implementation of camp programs and ensure high-quality events

Oversee facility management and financial operations

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support and strengthen Neringa’s financial sustainability, together with the support of the Board of Directors

Maintain relationships with donors and community stakeholders

Be on site as necessary during events and camp sessions

Qualifications:

Past Neringa experience

Proven leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse community

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong financial management and budgeting skills

Fundraising experience preferred

Lithuanian language proficiency strongly preferred
