Forms and Specific InformationGENERAL INFORMATIONHave you always wondered about Camp Neringa? Did you want to get a taste before signing up your family or children? Sr. Ignė Marijošius--long-time director of Neringa--has agreed to lead an introductory weekend for people just like yourself! The camp's reality will depend on interest expressed, so please fill out the registration form above. Given that Lithuanian-speakers and English-speakers may be interested in Neringa, an effort will be made to lead this weekend bilingually. Below is some general information based on our family camps, and specifics of this weekend will become available, once it is determined that this camp will take place. A DECISION REGARDING THE CAMP'S HAPPENING WILL BE MADE MAY 1, so please fill out a registration form by then.
What happens at family camps? Neringa offers a unique opportunity for families to learn about Lithuanian traditions first-hand, while providing wholesome, fun, creative, and nurturing experiences for children and adults, all within the natural beauty of Neringa and Vermont. What do we do at family camps? What are our living accommodations like? Each family lives either in cabins, which are equipped with sinks and toilets, or in the main lodge, which has a bathroom down the hall. Common shower facilities are situated near the cabins. All meals and snacks are provided for at common meal times. Who can come to this introductory family camp? No one is too young or too old to enjoy Neringa! If you've always wondered, please sign up! ![]() |
